About Fusion Techstack Limited (Formerly Indian Commodity Exchange Limited)

Fusion Techstack, formerly Indian Commodity Exchange (ICEX), is a SEBI-regulated commodity exchange with a demutualised corporate structure offering online trading, clearing and settlement, and was the first exchange worldwide to launch a diamond derivatives contract.

The exchange operates a single commodity-trading business segment within India, running 16 different commodity derivative contracts on its platform, having absorbed contracts automatically transferred from the erstwhile NMCE exchange.

Revenue has fallen close to zero in recent years, though the company turned a small profit in FY24 and FY25 after heavy losses in FY22-23; Reliance Exchangenext, Central Warehousing Corporation and MMTC are among its larger shareholders, and it issued a postal ballot notice in July 2025.
