About Hinduja Leyland Finance Limited

Hinduja Leyland Finance is a Hinduja Group NBFC offering vehicle financing (commercial, passenger and two-wheeler), loans against property, portfolio buyouts, and affordable housing finance through its subsidiary Hinduja Housing Finance.

Interest earned grew from about ₹2,780 crore in 2022 to roughly ₹5,364 crore in 2025, with profit after tax rising from ₹341 crore to ₹774 crore over the same period, while asset quality improved, with gross NPA falling from 4.2% to 3.63%.

Ashok Leyland holds about 61% of the company as its parent, with Hinduja Automotive holding a further 12.7%; the company held an EGM in June 2026 and previously raised ₹200 crore in March 2025.
