About Onix Renewable Limited

Onix Renewable is an Indian renewable-energy company spanning EPC, independent power production, solar module manufacturing, and O&M services across wind, solar, storage, hybrid and green hydrogen projects.

Its EPC arm handles turnkey project design through commissioning, its IPP business develops and operates renewable assets directly, and its manufacturing unit was expanding solar PV capacity toward 1,200 MW; the O&M business manages over 150 MW of renewable assets.

Revenue grew sharply from about ₹100 crore in FY22 to roughly ₹1,001 crore in the latest period, with profit after tax rising from ₹2 crore to about ₹115 crore over the same span; the company issued a 44:1 bonus in July 2025 and filed a rights-issue letter of offer in March 2026.
