Zepto Unlisted Shares (Equity)

Zepto runs a quick-commerce grocery delivery service, promising orders within roughly 10-15 minutes through a network of small local warehouses called dark stores placed close to residential areas.

The inventory-led model lets Zepto control pricing, stock and delivery speed directly rather than relying on outside retailers, earning revenue through product margins, delivery and convenience fees, brand advertising, private-label products and premium memberships.

Revenue scaled sharply, from about ₹2,024 crore in FY23 to roughly ₹22,624 crore in the latest period, though the company remains deeply loss-making. Zepto filed its DRHP in June 2026 and is majority controlled by trusts linked to co-founders Aadit Palicha and Kaivalya Vohra.
